Apple Cider Vinegar, Stevia and Turmeric powder in water.

It’s an oldie but a goodie, if you have a craving for something sweet, reach for something the opposite i.e., sour or salty and ACV certainly fits the sour role though that’s countered by the sweet Stevia.

Turmeric stimulates the gallbladder and produces bile. Because bile helps digest fat, experts believe this improves digestion and may help control weight. Numerous studies have found it treats indigestion, reducing symptoms of bloating and gas.

Try taking 1-2 teaspoons in water before each meal and sweeten it with stevia to help your digestion. This little trick may also help with diabetes.
