Sticky Lime Beef
Easily one of the customer fav's. Slow cooked beef is easily digested and gentle on the belly. Here we've braised our organic grass fed beef in bone broth for an extra dose of gut loving goodness and served it with a wild rice and veggie tumble. Wild rice not a grain but the seed of a grass and has an impressive nutritional profile. We soak our rice to remove the phytic acid which can pose a problem for digestibility in some. note: we consider wild rice to be a non-reactive ingredients and not outside a reasonable Paleo diet in moderation. Consideration is required for strict Paleo's.
