Slow Roast Beef Brisket with Peppercorn Sauce


A roast dinner at its best. Organic Grass Fed Gippsland Beef slow roasted for 8 hours (in our bone broth) till succulent, served with baby turnips, glazed carrots and roasted brussel sprouts. Top it all off with a creamy mustard and peppercorn sauce and you have magic in your mouth. One for all the carnivores in the house who still believe 'healthy meal delivery' is limited to rabbit food!
