This is some sophisticated antioxidant-rich eating. We've revamped the Omega to highlight and elevate the humble beetroot. It's cooked till tender and paired with pickled pink radish, green lentils, and our famous almond feta just begging to be broken up and tumbled together. A balsamic and olive oil reduction is all that is needed to top it all off. Enjoy.
