Kale Chickpea Caesar Salad
Our take on the classic. Roasted chickpeas tossed in herbs, a pine nut parmesan crumble incorporating Vitamin B12 rich nutritional yeast and coconut bacon (stop it!) with an awesome creamy sauce to top it all off. Sure iceberg lettuce is great but it doesn't pack the Vitamin K punch or great blood boosting properties which kale does. Nutritional density is the name of our game!
