Japanese Inspired Salmon
This elegant dish is a Macrobiotic approach to nutrition and is perfect for Winter. We only ever use Ora King Salmon from New Zealand, read why here. Roasted and topped with Black Tahini which lends an incredible earthiness to the salmon. Served alongside black rice with chinese broccoli, marinated Wakame seaweed for thyroid and iron support, together with pickled carrot and daikon for crunch and brightness against the melt in your mouth salmon.
