Deconstructed Veggie Shepherd's Pie
This is an absolutely delicious and flavour packed rendition of the classic Shepherds Pie that is 100% plant based. Brown lentils are an excellent source of plant protein and minerals for healthy bones. In this dish, even the most rabid carnivore will devour them with delight. We've hidden plenty of veggies away in the base so even picky children will lap it up. Crushed rosemary roasted potatoes top it all off. So yum.
