How do I place my order?
Simply decide which meal package or juice cleanse package you would like from our Pricing page let us know via our Ordering page. You will then be emailed an invoice soon after placing your order (or by Tuesday night at the latest). If you place an order over the weekend, its likely we are running around the kitchen with sharp implements bumping into each other in preparation for Sundays deliveries so don’t worry if you don’t hear back from us until Monday or Tuesday when we catch our breath.
What is the cut-off time for orders?
Orders for any Menu must be in by the Tuesday night prior to Sunday delivery. We need to plan our fresh produce orders & can’t do that without having final numbers asap! If you wish to place an order after the cut off time please head straight to the Ordering page and specify which Menu, contacting us via email or texting us to ask if its too late will slow the process down & actually lessen the likely hood of us being able to fit your order in. For us, the sooner we have an order is the biggest priority so we can make sure we have enough fresh produce.
What happens if I need to cancel or alter my order?
Provided your cancellation or amendments are made by 6pm WEDNESDAY night prior to delivery, this is no problem. We understand that sometimes situations arise that affect your plans. Simply contact us via email or via our Contact page.
Failure to pay an invoice by the due date DOES NOT mean your order has been cancelled. Without giving us proper notice your order will still be prepared & delivered.
When does My Goodness Organics get delivered?
We deliver to your door on Sunday afternoon between 1pm-9pm. You don’t need to be home, your meals will be delivered in a foam esky to ensure the contents remain cold until you return. Be aware though, it is not a fridge and there may be some frozen dinners inside that would not enjoy a balmy arvo in the sun as much as the rest of us do, so if you’re not going to be home for a while or don’t wish for the delivery to be left or exposed then please arrange for someone to come and collect it or let us know if you would like us to drop it at an alternative address where someone will be home.
JUICE CLEANSES – Delivery takes place on Sunday evenings between 1pm-9pm as above.
Can I have my meals delivered at a particular time on Sunday?
Delivery is between 1pm-9pm on Sunday. We cannot give a precise delivery time as our orders and locations vary every week but will send you a text message when we are within an hour of delivery to give you a heads up when we are on our way to you.
Can I alter the day of delivery?
Unfortunately, the delivery days and times are non-negotiable. All our meals are prepared fresh just prior to Sunday afternoon deliveries. However, you can can change the delivery address right up until Friday night. Just make sure you get confirmation from one of our foodie clan here so we don’t go leaving your meals at wrong address.
Which areas does My Goodness Organics deliver to?
We deliver to all Melbourne Metropolitan and few Greater Metro areas. If you are regional and have a friend or relative closer to Melbourne Metro and you don’t mind traveling to pick up your order, then please contact us to see what can be arranged. If you are way outside this area or interstate then know that we are working hard on expanding our regions and will do our best to make My Goodness Organics available to all of you very soon. How much are delivery fees?
Delivery to all Melbourne Metropolitan areas is $15 per delivery and approved Greater Metro areas are $22 per delivery. The size of your order will not alter this fee.
What type of produce and ingredients are used in the meals?
Every item in our meals & juices are prepared, preserved, pressed, baked & dried in our very own kitchen. We make everything ourselves rather than outsourcing products as a means of ensuring we know exactly what ingredients are going into our products and into your body.
My Goodness Organics is not a warehouse operation; everything sent out is done so with care, personal attention & a whole lot of love.
We love using produce that is locally grown & we make every effort to ensure we are as close to 100% organic as possible. All our ingredients are preservative free, free trade, free range and locally grown. You can see where our produce comes from here.
All of our products are completely refined sugar free, gluten free, dairy free and wheat free. We nourish those that are Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescetarian and I Quit Sugar eaters, ensuring that nothing but the best nutrition reaches your body no matter what your style.
We personally love raw foods & believe that there are so many yummy treats & snacks that can be made in this manner that deliver a massive dose of vitamins & minerals all while boosting your energy without a sugar hangover. Ease the burden on your digestive process by replacing regular meals with delicious, cold-pressed vegetable and fruit juices, probiotic elixir’s and nut mylk smoothies. Consuming only liquids for a period frees energy in the body, which can then return to the essential task of deep inner cleansing and healing.
When you feel better on the inside, you look better on the outside. Glowing skin, bright eyes, the disappearance of hard-to-lose weight, as well as a newfound lightness of being and clarity of mind are all common results of juice cleansing.
This doesn’t have to be a scary or hungry process. We will provide you with 6 x 500ml slow pressed, organic liquid beverages each day, for a choice of either 3 or 6 days. The 6 Day Cleanse & Restore Detox is 3 Days of Juice Cleansing as below followed up with 3 Days of Bone Broth, Coconut Kefir Smoothies and Herbal Digestive Tonics. This pack is designed to first cleanse and reset the digestive system before super feeding it with probiotic rich drinks and gut healing bone broth to restore imbalances in the microbiome.
All cleanses are made up of the following juices and smoothies each day for three days – its as easy as consuming them in numerical order each day of your cleanse-

I live in a secured apartment and don’t have anywhere safe for my order to be delivered?
We will be happy to help you sort something out, which can be discussed when you place your order. Everything is figureoutable!
What’s the calorie count of your meals?
We do not claim to be a weight loss service and we don’t believe in stringent calorie counting. Instead, we believe in counting the quality of nutrition! Current mainstream diet regimes such as calorie counting are not what we at My Goodness Organics would consider to be the most productive approach to happy health.
Good fats are essential to optimal body function. Your body cannot live without fat! A calorie from a Brazil Nut for example is not the same as that of a Snickers bar. One is packed full of essential vitamins and fatty acids, the other is packed with sugar and devoid of any nutritional benefit whatsoever other than a brief sugar high.
If you eat wholefood, sugar free, plant based foods, your body is going to process them quickly and efficiently and convert it into energy that won’t be stored on your body. It’s going to heal your body, nourish your cells, increase your skin elasticity and boost your brain function. Who wouldn’t want that?..All that said, our daily calorie average is between 1700-2000 depending on whether snacks are included and the weeks menu. We have certainly seen some pretty good results with those looking to drop a few Kg’s.

I’m a FODMAP and Low Fructose individual can you cater for me?
At this stage modifying our meals to suit the extensive needs of the FODMAP diet are problematic for us so we’re really sorry but that’s a no at the moment. As every FODMAP’ers tolerance levels are different, we just can’t guarantee that what’s tolerated by one person will be tolerated by the next. For those needing to avoid fructose, we are unable to modify dishes to suit a low fructose or fructose free eating plan specifically due to the presence of garlic and onion (both raw and cooked) in our meals. Majority of our lunches tend to be low fructose as are our breakfasts however, they may still contain onion and garlic and you do need to check with us at the time of ordering if they are suitable for you. Snacks and dinners tend to have higher fructose levels due to the presence of onion and garlic or some of the fruits we use. Please note that we do not use refined sugar. We use stevia, brown rice syrup, maple syrup, coconut sugar or fruits to sweeten our meals. If you’ve got any questions regarding what we can do for you, just email us through the CONTACT page.
I hate coriander and eggplant. Can it be removed for me?
Sorry, no can do. We are unable to modify meals to suit individual tastes and preferences because it would drive our chefs absolutely batty. To get around those dislikes or yours, what we do is skip those meals altogether and provide you with a double up of a dish that is free of that pesky coriander or detested eggplant.
Why are some of the dinners frozen?
We have chosen to provide some of the dinners frozen due to the fact that our customers were telling us they were being wasted if they happened to eat out during the week. Rather than have this food waste and wasted money occurring, providing frozen dinners solves this issue. We make every effort to ensure that flavour or quality is not compromised during the freezing/ reheating process.
What can I do with my empty esky?
Simply leave your box out for collection on your next delivery date and our driver will collect it.
Are there any contracts?
Nope! There are strictly no contracts, whatsoever. Your free as a bird to come and go as you please.
What happens if my invoice is overdue?
We make every effort to communicate with you regarding an unpaid account. Accounts 30 days overdue accounts will be sent to our Debt Recovery agent & you will also be then liable for the additional recovery fees. We do not work off credit nor are we a food charity. Every minute we spend chasing unpaid accounts is time we could be spending improving our services for customers who pay on time. If you do find yourself in a particular financial situation or you just forgot, then you need to communicate with us about it so we can agree on a time frame. We are a pretty reasonable company and we do have a heart but not responding or communicating with us will only make things worse for yourself and cost you more money in the long run.
What is the best way to heat the meals?
Meal reheating times are provided on the individual meal labels. For the relevant meals we strongly recommend that stovetop or oven are the preferred method of reheating to preserve the nutritional content as much as possible. However, we understand that convenience is a factor that comes into play and microwaves are often the best option for some.
What is the best way to store the meals?
All dinners/lunches/breakfast/juices/smoothies need to be stored below 5 degrees Celsius. Meals that need to stay frozen will be marked as such on the label. To defrost, remove the chosen meal from the freezer the night before and place in the fridge. Snacks not marked with a label can be stored on a shelf in a cool dry pantry or preferably in the fridge. All meals and some Snacks will be clearly labeled with preferred day of consumption and storage requirements.
What is the best way to dispose of the used packaging?
Containers with a cardboard appearance are compostable, you can tear it up and pop it into your compost or throw it straight into the garbage! Biopak containers are fantastic in this regard and if you’d like more information about our packaging please see www.biopak.com.au
All other containers are recyclable.
Can I make a request for my meals to be altered?
Unfortunately no, as the meals are made in large batches we are unable to significantly alter the ingredients for example to suit personal dislikes. We can avoid a certain dish for you but this will mean you receive a double up of another. If you are a Vegan, we are definitely able to cater for you unlike some other companies so please don’t be shy, we’d love to feed you! Do let us know if you have any allergies that we need to be aware of ie, seafood so we can substitute a suitable meal replacement. We make Vegan, Paleo, Pescatarian and Vegetarian meals so there should be something for everyone.
All of our meals are refined sugar free, gluten and wheat free as well as dairy free and peanut free. Plenty of our Lunches and Snacks are also raw.
Are these meals suitable if I am breast feeding or pregnant?
Absolutely!!!! Not only would you be doing yourself a nutritional favour, but your baby also! For pregnant mumma’s to be out there, we are a dairy free company so there is no need to worry about soft cheese. We would advise that you steer clear of any pre cooked cold meats such as those included in our lunches but in such cases, you will simply receive the vegetarian version of that meal. Everything else is fair game 🙂

Who has access to the information we receive?
We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. Only specific employees or sub-contractors in our customer care, marketing, store, warehouse systems and IT areas have access to your personal information, and only under strict controls and procedures. Obviously, we may need to share your name and address and at times phone number with our delivery team to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders. If required, we will also share this information with organisations who carry out credit, fraud and other security checks. At no other time do we ever provide your contact details or payment information to any other third party vendor, associate or service provider.
How is my personal information stored?
Your information is stored in a secure database, except credit information which is sent straight to our administrative computer via a process called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use industry standard 128 bit encryption. SSL locks all critical information passed from you to us, such as payment information, in an encrypted envelope, making it extremely difficult for this information to be intercepted. We do not process payments via our website therefore credit card details are not accessed or stored on our website.
